Basset Kisses

Allright, are you ready for the "star" of the Tale? Here is a fun layout about my basset Humboldt:

That was the first time I used only one kit to create a page.
Usually I mix up elements from different kits, but in this case, i forced myself to stick with the kit and the template. The Page is obviously about Humboldt, my basset and the journaling says that a basset is related closer to a donkey or maybe a pig rather than a dog, because he's stubborn as a donkey and quite like a pig he eats almost everything. His greatest pleasure is plucking berries from the shrubs in the garden or green apples from the trees, his favourite activity right now as fall is here. -but anyway, he doesn't care for ripe apples; Humboldt eats the apples even when they are still all green and sour and by the look on his face you can tell HOW sour they are. But that doesn't stop him from eating seven or eight apples every time he comes along the tree. -he's a Basset, nobody and nothing stops him from eating anything that gets close to him.... but I'm trailing off... The Journaling ends with the famous words by Adenauer "Als Hund eine Katastrophe, aber als Mensch einfach unersetzlich." ( more or less: As a dog, he's a catastrophe, but as a person he's irreplaceable.)
